“I counsel you (Jesus’ words!) to buy from Me gold refined by fire, so that you may be rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself so that the shame of your nakedness may not be seen, and salve to anoint your eyes, so that you may see”, ~cf. Revelation 3:18, ESV.

…gold refined by fire = pure-hearted faith! … white garments so that you may clothe yourself = in Christ’s righteousness, … shame of your nakedness = unholy lifestyle and unbelief; and salve to anoint your eyes = seeing as God sees through His anointing of your life.

So, “here we are”, surely: listening to the great God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, intent on hearing His lead and following Him.
